• Basic professional services of licensed funeral directors and staff from Clark Family Funeral Chapel & Cremation Service, Clark-Stocking Funeral Chapel & Cremation Service and Clark-Campbell Funeral Chapel & Cremation Service
• Transfer of loved one into our care (within 30 miles of Mt. Pleasant/Harrison/Farwell location)
• Direct cremation. Includes crematory fee at local family-owned Daisy Hill Crematory. Total weight in selected cremation container up to 349 pounds. (Additional crematory fee for extra weight.)
• Minimum cardboard alternative container
• Completion, obtaining doctor signature, filing of death certificate
• Completion, obtaining medical examiner cremation authorization
• Notification to Social Security Administration of death of loved one
• Temporary plastic urn

Except in certain special cases embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.
